3 months/90 days?

Post by lizsmith » Thu Jan 01, 2009 11:57 pm

Just posted long post about my friend possibly being off by one day from 3 month period maintenance period. Visa valid until January 15th, funds posted to account October 16th.

After posting first post and thinking my friend was short one day, now I'm hoping that she just may have made it as I counted the days and October 16th to January 15th is 91 days. Now I know this is a stupid question, but what constitutes 3 months?

Thanks!!!

push_hsmp,

Thanks for posting. So, if funds hit her account on October 16th and visa valid until January 15th, she will just have complied with the 3 month requirement provided she posts the application on January 15th? I'm thinking, Oct 16th-Nov 15th, Nov 16th-Dec 15th, Dec 16th-Jan 15th? Correct?
