Appointment for Renunciation process

Hi,
I live in west Yorkshire with Birmingham as my jurisdiction to book an appointment for Renunciation application to sign the application/declaration. However I couldn`t find any appointment date available for the next two months.

Can I book an appointment outside my jurisdiction like London ? Would the consular officer sign/accept my application for the applicants outside the jurisdiction ?

Yes. I applied at VFS Goswell for Renunciation & OCI, even though I got the passport surrendered through VFS Birmingham.
