Date of next increase in minimum income Spouse VIsa

Can anyone guess an estimated date of next increase in minimum income for Spouse Visa to £34,500 this year? Me and my wife can only apply as early as mid-October because we are waiting for our baby and going to do a dependant visa at the same time. I currently meet the threshold (above £29,000) but I'm not quite reaching that £34,500. So we are anxious about it. Any thoughts?

When it is going to be is not known and it will be wrong to guess and tell you to base not only your plan but that of your whole family on guesstimation.
