Hi Frontier Mole little update on sms system its says used and also status its states GRANTED,
Not sure what does it mean really, if anyone suggests there opinion it will be much appreciated
CoS has been used/validated and linked with your brother application now, So first part of your application is done i.e. CoS , SOC points etc. Now they will look for other things.
Good Luck
What does GRANTED MEAN ?
ISSUED to him- now CoS can not be withdrawn or no notes can be added from SMS unless application is concluded. If you are thinking Granted means Visa Issued , than no body in here can be certain about it. SMS system is managed by other team, and Visa is issued by different team.
Cheers!

It means what it says, expect the visa HOWEVER until the official letter is received it is just keep the fingers crossed. It is never finished until he has the letter.

I am sorry but what you are saying is making no sense at all. How can you apply for a DCOS when you are not part of the company??
Reading your posts across the boards is somewhat concerning, it would appear that you are trying to construct some form of method of entry for your brother on a reduced salary rate in a field that does not qualify.
What are you exactly trying to achieve? And by what means?

I mean to say I am not the part of the payroll of the company. I believe you can't sponsor a relative until unless you are not level 1 user or should not be the part of the payroll of that company.

Are you connected in any way? A director or a shareholder?

Failure to declare your relationship on the COS when assigned will result in the revocation of the licence. It is simple as that, under acting dishonestly.
Ironically there is absolutely no need to hide the fact that he is your brother. Do the right thing declare it on the COS.

Thanks for your feedback, A quick question whether you mentioned your name in his visa application as relatives residing in UK?

Yes we did but there was no action or any question etc being sent to me. I am working here full time as a software eng and have never gone to benifits etc. So it seems like they might not asked me or sent me any question.
