Mistake in the consent letter for PBS Skilled worker Child dependent

Hello,
I submitted PBS child dependent visa for both of my kids and submitted consent letter with both the application. I received NSF (not straight forward) email after a week for both the application and then I realize I made a mistake/typo in the consent letter.
In the subject section of application I had written my eldest child's name in both the consent letter. Rest other section had correct name but only the Subject part had same name in both application.
This obviously makes one application incorrect.
How do I correct this now ?
Will UK visa office accept if I submit a new document ?
Will UK visa refuse the visa for one of my child ?

Did anyone had similar experience , if yes, please share.

Can someone please provide some view on my below query.
In the Subject section of my second child's consent letter, I forgot to remove my first child's name, rest other details in that document are correct.
For both child's application I got NSF email.
Is the UK visa team a bit considerate in such cases ?
