How exactly can Partner/Spouse apply for ILR

How exactly can Partner/Spouse apply for ILR

My wife has come to UK as Tier 2 Dependent in September 2021. I got my ILR in February 2023. My wife switched to Spouse visa in August 2023. Will she be able to apply for ILR in October 2026 or will she need the spouse visa to be 5 years old? TIA.

My wife switched to Spouse visa in August 2023.

There was no need for her to switch, she could have continue to extend her skilled worker dependent visa. Switch has reset her ILR clock to zero.
Will she be able to apply for ILR in October 2026
No.
will she need the spouse visa to be 5 years old?
Yes.

But my Visa was switched to ILR. She could still continue Skilled woker dependent?

Yes, as your last visa before switching was skilled worker.
She needs 5 years on spouse visa to ILR now.
