Not a clue! I know 'Vo bolta hai' in Hindi tho! 'He is talking' I think, I got a lot of eyes with that one at work near the coffee machine....

To be honest it looks rather a simplistic language grammatically, is that fair? I assume it's either Urdu or Hindi, the complication being in the vowel sounds not the grammar I feel? I try at work, I will get it one day!

Can someone please do a translation from Urdu to English.

Does "apnay" mean us or our? That is the only word that rings any bells.

Thank you.

I remember 'apna hak' on BBC2 when I was a kid! Think it means 'our rights!' - that's what my dad told me but he was monolingual and totally bigoted God rest his dearly beloved soul....

Hated Man united with a vengeance and now so do I. He taught me this chant from the Lever End in the late fifties;

Hark now hear
The Burnden sing
the pilot was my mate
He was the man
Who flew the plane
In Nineteen Fifty-eight....

I will be the second in line to think that you missed a plot somewhere. i am glad that the forum makes you laugh - it is clearly a bizarre mix of unrooted immis that whether rightly or not claim to have completed some form of education in the UK and a bunch of guys that enjoy the process of winding them up.

keep me outta it.
