I need help answering a few PBS dependant questiosn please.
What time period does xxxxxx xxxxxxx Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) cover? - Partner has moved on to ILR and I am self sponsoring the extension.

Which UAN number of my partner should I use If I am extending my PBS dependant leave to remain and he is on ILR?

It doesn't matter. The extension will be for 3 years. You can put your last CoS details in.

What exactly do you mean? What is the exact immigration history? HO follow the rules, they don't just make it up as they go or feel like it.

You can't. An extension is for 3 years. IHS is payable for 3 years. You are CHOOSING to apply for ILR at some point. It is not compulsory to apply at exactly 5 years.

You will not get a refund if:

your visa application is successful but you do not come to the UK
you leave the UK before your visa ends, for example to make a new application
you’re told to leave the UK before your visa expires
you’re applying for indefinite leave to remain

However, it did nto ask me for any supporting documents.
Is there a delay or a change in process?

Hi, I am in similar situation, where my wife is applying for ILR but I & kids are not eligible for ILR. So, we are going for Skilled worker Dependant extension. However, I need only 1.5 years of extension to go for ILR via 10 year continuous residence route. Is there a way I can request only 1.5 years of extension?

You can't choose a lesser duration, the immigration rules state it is a 3 year extension. When and how you qualify for ILR is completely irrelevant to this.
