PBS Dependent for Newborn Child query

Hello,

I have completed the application (in-country) for my new-born (2 months old) for PBS dependent. I am on Skilled Worker Visa and my wife is a PBS Dependent. After payment, I reached a Mandatory Actions page which said I must download the following and submit:

1. Family Consent form
2. Parent Consent form
3. Document Checklist (this asks for Passport, Birth Certificate, Parent Consent form with 4 points)

I get the document checklist part, however not sure about Family Consent form and Parent Consent form. The Parent Consent form says that "I _________________________________ (name of father) consent to this
application for the registration of ____________________________ (name of child)
as a British citizen."

Should I submit this two form? As this NOT an application to register my child as a British Citizen.

This is the form I am referring to. It mentions application for registration as British Citizen. Is this applicable for a Skilled Worker dependent child?

Ignore #2 form - not applicable as you are not applying for child's registration (child doesn't qualify yet as parents don't hold ILR).
