If you want to use separate cards, you have to apply separately on separate forms.

If you all apply on one form, you only have the option to pay with one card

There is no other way to pay.

This is for my wife's ILR application.

Does the period of stay on which this application
was based include any leave granted since 11
January 2018?


Have you had any absences from the UK during
any leave granted since 11 January 2018?

I don't understand these questions. My wife was not working when entering the UK in 2019

Could you please help me these two questions?

Answer YES as her visa was issued after 11 Jan 2018.
