Citizenship query about family

Hello.

Apologies but I have tried to find this answer but there are mixed replies and posts are from 2013.

I am a British Citizen (Tier 2 route) now and my family have just received ILR through PBS Dependent pathway.

I have had citizenship for about 1 year and was a Naturalized Citizen at the time of their ILR application.

My question is, can I use spouse route and apply for their Naturalization straightaway or do they have to wait for 12 months like I did since they did not get ILR through spouse route?

Their route to ilr is irrelevant. It is simply that they can apply immediately if married to a British citizen. That is it.
