Fiance visa query

Post by Medbj » Tue May 21, 2024 12:56 pm

Dear all,
Would it be a problem to apply for a fiance visa for my partner who's at the moment overstaying her visitor visa in France.
NB : she is no EU citizen
regards

That’s the plan, we will apply from Tunisia but would her overstaying in Schengen area affect our UK fiance application ?

Don't think it should. different country, different rules. BREXIT happened, so there's no obligation to side with the French.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
