Im planning to apply for HSMP Tier 1 visa in Feb for myself and my husband .

so can you give me the latest guidance book and application form for my and my dependent .

It will depend on whether you're making an application from the UK or outside the UK.

Try reading the guidance on the Border & Immigration Agency website:
