Also, they are asking below docs and have provided my answer, can you pls shed some light on this.

Evidence:
You should use your supporting documents checklist as a guide to what documents you need to self-upload or
take to your appointment.
1) Evidence you have to prove the relationship with Mrs XXX (for example marriage
certificates), and correspondence addressed either to you jointly, or in both of your names, or addressed
individually to you at the same address, to cover the last two years

Answer: I will provide the marriage certificate, but my WIFE recently joined me so we don't have common utility bill where our names are there, also she doesn't have any proof for UK address. I have asked my energy provider to provide a bill with both names on them but i doubt it will be there by 23rd May (my appointment with UKVCAS) so will this be a problem?

2) Proof of Mr AAAAAA relationship status as the married or civil partner of Mrs
XXX

Answer: I will provide the marriage certificate, but this is partially same as 1)

3) Document(s) showing Mrs XXX immigration status such as a passport, biometric residence
card, or vignette

Answer: I will provide my wife passport and BRP.

4) Documents supporting my other reasons to stay in the UK
Answer: Here i have uploaded my job offer letter (from 2022) and mortgage letter (from last month)

5) The passport issued by India for Mr AAAA
Answer: I will provide my recent passport. Note: I have 1 expired passport i presume i no need to provide that.

6) Current Biometric Residence Permit Mr AAA
Answer: I will provide my BRP.

7) All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or
remain in the UK

Answer: I will provide my passport old and new along where is entry and exit stamp.

For cohabitaion proof see: All you need to know about cohabitation evidence
Apologies, i couldnt able to get exact what is required for partner. As said i married in Dec 2023 and never lived before together (Indian marriages are arranged one), so providing the marriage certificate would suffice?

Also if i don't provide our both proof of address (my wife joined me in UK in March 2024 and beofre that we live 3 months in india together after the marriage~) will that be a problem?

Actually you do not need cohabitaion proof, a marriage certificate will be enough

Thanks, then i will only submit marriage certificate.

Also one more thing, in UKVCAS site they have said under "Helpful tips"- "Scan in black and white" for upload docs, is this mandatory to upload the files in black and white or I can scan in colour as well?

Helpful, not mandatorily; the tip is to try ensure the scan does not exceed upload size as B&W scans are smaller sized compared to coloured scan.
Therefore you can scan in colour.

Thanks,

Also one more concern or query, in the doc upload they asked for "All previous passports, travel documents or national identity cards that you have used to travel to or remain in the UK"

I am giving my old (this was expired and cancelled) and new passport where we got in and out stamp from immigration of India and UK, but realised that Immigration officer at UK did not stamp few entry (I believe this is happening with few of them), will this be a problem?

Do i need to upload any other doc to prove my 10 year continuity as some immigration stamp in passport is missing?

How GOV.CO.UK will come to know that i have lived here 10 years continuous?

They rely on all information including stamps, exit checks, airline data etc. You do not worry about that and simply upload all stamps over the last 10 years

Final question on this;

1) As my wife still on Skilled worker dependent visa despite i have got ILR, what if I change my job from my current employer (they are the one who has provided her dependent visa on my skilled worked status) someone else, then do i need to convert my wife Visa to ILR dependent visa?

2) If #1 is yes, then do she need to wait for 5 years to apply for her settlement since the time she applied for ILR dependent visa or skilled worker dependent visa time will also get counted?

It is NOT your sponsoring employer that provided your wife with a visa. She got a visa because YOU had a visa. Changing jobs is irrelevant and has no impact on her visa. She is dependent on YOU, not your employer. You do NOT need to change her visa category. The rules allow her to stay on her current visa and extend her visa for 3 years if you got ILR.

She must extend her visa BEFORE it expires and yes, she extends in the same visa category for 3 years.

Your job is irrelevant to her visa extension.
