Apologies, i couldnt able to get exact what is required for partner. As said i married in Dec 2023 and never lived before together (Indian marriages are arranged one), so providing the marriage certificate would suffice?zimba wrote: ↑Wed May 15, 2024 1:36 amFor cohabitaion proof see: All you need to know about cohabitation evidence
Thanks, then i will only submit marriage certificate.
Helpful, not mandatorily; the tip is to try ensure the scan does not exceed upload size as B&W scans are smaller sized compared to coloured scan.baljitsingh197701 wrote: ↑Wed May 15, 2024 8:21 pmThanks, then i will only submit marriage certificate.
Also one more thing, in UKVCAS site they have said under "Helpful tips"- "Scan in black and white" for upload docs, is this mandatory to upload the files in black and white or I can scan in colour as well?
They rely on all information including stamps, exit checks, airline data etc. You do not worry about that and simply upload all stamps over the last 10 yearsbaljitsingh197701 wrote: ↑Sun May 19, 2024 4:52 pmDo i need to upload any other doc to prove my 10 year continuity as some immigration stamp in passport is missing?
How GOV.CO.UK will come to know that i have lived here 10 years continuous?

Thanks everyone for your support.
Also naturalisation can be applied after 12 months? and how many absence can have in a year from UK?
It is NOT your sponsoring employer that provided your wife with a visa. She got a visa because YOU had a visa. Changing jobs is irrelevant and has no impact on her visa. She is dependent on YOU, not your employer. You do NOT need to change her visa category. The rules allow her to stay on her current visa and extend her visa for 3 years if you got ILR.1) As my wife still on Skilled worker dependent visa despite i have got ILR, what if I change my job from my current employer (they are the one who has provided her dependent visa on my skilled worked status) someone else, then do i need to convert my wife Visa to ILR dependent visa?
She must extend her visa BEFORE it expires and yes, she extends in the same visa category for 3 years.baljitsingh197701 wrote: ↑Fri May 31, 2024 10:13 pmSo just to be sure and i got this correct "If i change my Job and after her current dependent leave to enter visa expires, she can extend to same category?
