Sponsorship License Rejected with no Cooldown period limit

Hi there,

My company that I developed on the Startup VISA, applied for the sponsorship license. I just received the notice that the application was Rejected for lack of correct documentation. I was also issued a full refund.

At the bottom, after it states why I was rejected, it states "...please submit a new application once you are able to supply the required documents...." and it gives no mention of a cooldown being in place. Just to reapply when I have everything together.

Also, it says I cannot appeal the decision because it was Rejected, not Refused.

All of this to say, do I have a cooldown in place?

u can apply it again, there is no cooldown period in your case.

The rejection has no impact on a further application. You just have to make sure you have all the documentation ready at the next application.
