Change BRP Collection Post Office

Post by MRizwan » Wed Jun 12, 2024 7:57 am

Hello respected members,

I applied for a spouse visa for my wife on 20th of May. She is in Pakistan and has completed her biometrics. However, I selected the wrong post office branch to collect BRP in the application form.

Is there any way I can change the post office branch? If so, how do I go about it?

Thanks in advance.

Hi MRizwan,

This is the information on the Post Office website:

"Visit the branch [that you would like to collect the BRP from] to request the redirection and pay the fee. Then return 7 calendar days later to collect your permit."

Hope that helps.

Hi Anon,

Thank you for getting back to me. Would it be possible for me to contact home office and change the address before my application is decided? If so, how do I go about it?

Hi,

The Gov website states that the Home Office cannot change this for you and that you must contact the appropriate Post Office branch to arrange this.
