Skilled Worker Job Change and Dependant Visa Update

Hi there,

I was on a skilled worker visa previously. Recently, I switched my job and new employer sponsored the skilled worker visa.

Questions:
1. Do my dependants need to update their visa/brp since I have changed my job/visa.
2. My dependants' visa and IHS fees were paid by the previous employer. Does cancellation of my visa at previous employer cancel dependants visa?
3. Can my dependants continue living in the UK on the visa provided by the previous employer till their visa ends?

They are dependent on YOU and YOUR visa, not an employer (old or new).
