Opening a Limited company

Hello all, I am skilled worker in health sector, I would like to extend the sources of income so, I want to open a company and do a passive income so can I do that…! Even though I am on a skilled worker visa. Any suggestions would be really helpful thanks

be careful about the guideline on the 2nd job.
When I applied for ILR few months ago, the income of my 2nd job was not considered (not sure the current policy)

Also it is better to do PAYE for 2nd job, otherwises you may have problem with HMRC self assessement

You can buy shares or open any company but you can employ yourself only with SWV restrictions.
