P60 for ILR

Post by ray_of_li » Wed Jun 19, 2024 8:20 am

Hi everyone. I get the substitute version of p60 from my employer. They are compliant with HMRC specification of substitute p60. Will this be acceptable for ILR?

Thank you.

Why do you specifically need a P60 for ILR?
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

To prove income over the years. Are you saying p60 is not required?

Thanks

The question is more around is it acceptable by the HO or not? As its compliant of HMRC and I don't see any reason why not.

Thanks.

You don't need to prove income over the years. But if you wanted to use it as part of your residency requirements, then it would do in any shape (copy, original, copy of a copy). HO aren't fussy like that. Only electronic copies are required by the way.
