Indian e-Visa / Stamped Visa (1 year)

Hi
I have a query on applying for Indian Visa. I am UK citizen and have a UK passport since 4 years now.

1. For applying 1 year Stamped visa, do i need to have renunciation certificate apart from "Surrender Certificate" ?

2. If i apply for E-Visa, should i need to submit renunciation certificate ? I have "Surrender certificate" only.can i apply only with that.

3. Also when i select date of travel for e-visa, should i need to travel exactly on that date? or can i travel after 10 or 15 days ?
