I was born in the UK.
For the following question:
Is your partner a naturalised British citizen?
Is it Yes or No
If I select yes it asks for a partner citizen certificate reference number?

It is NO to this question. Natutalised is when you formally apply for citizenship, as your wife is doing.

I was born in the UK, have been british since birth, so the answer is no?

Or companies paye reference found in p60?
