What should be the response for English Language ability question

Hi All,

I'm on a skilled worker visa since July 2022. I have completed my Bachelor's from India and the medium of Instruction was English. Based on the medium of instruction letter from the university I had applied (and received) ECCTIS letter. I had uploaded the ECCTIS certificate while applying for my skilled worker visa at that time.

I’m currently in the process of changing employers, and while filling out the application form, I came across this question: Have you provided evidence of your English language ability in a previous application?

Can I answer this as Yes , as I had previously submitted ECCTIS letter while applying for my skilled worker visa or should I opt No and resubmit my ECCTIS certificate.

Can you please advise.
