Is an ESOL course considered public fund?

My spouse (spouse visa) wants to apply to an ESOL course. The course is fully funded.

Is it considered as public fund for inmigration purproses?

No, it's not. However, note that ESOL is no longer accepted to meet the English language criteria for FLR(M) or ILR, if this is her intention. :idea:

It looks like you may have to be receiving a benefit to undertake the course? Eg to be fully funded, have you spoken to the provider about eligibility?
