Appeal against asylum decision

Post by Shani_rao » Wed Jul 03, 2024 10:22 pm

Dear All,
Can anyone help me please. I recieved a decision today. They refused my application due to lack of evidence.
I am given a chance to appeal.
To do appeal, do I need a lawyer, or at this stage can I submit my appeal myself.

First I need to have permision to appeal.

I do not have too much money to pay a lawyer.
Any advise will be appriciated.

Thanks

You are highly advised to engage a legal professional as this process requires dealing with the tribunals and navigating the administrative law.

You may find legal charities that provide free legal advice or representation:

I think it’s important to appeal within the time limit.
