Reg name correction while apply for naturalisation

Hi team,

Hope you are all well and thanks for taking time to read this post.

I'm writing on behalf of my spouse. She got her ILR through Skilled Worker route in Jul 2022. Her absenses and everything is within limit.

Our query is mainly with her name. In her Indian passport, all her name is appearing on the 'Given Name' column and surname field is blank. On her UK Immigration records, as advised by UKVI, we always used to put her full name repeatedly in surname and first name columns. When we applied her Driver's license, her name is appearing in surname column and also on BRP.

Just wanted to check if we can regularise this (split her name into first name and surname) when applying for naturalisation (mentioning this on the covering letter)?
