Hello all,
Just a very quick question: One of my employee wish to take 2 months unpaid leave. Our company has sponsored him since May 2023 for 3 years. My question is:
1) Can we allow him to go for 2 months unpaid leave? The company has no problem in granting him the leave.
2) If so, I assume we need to inform home office?
3) Do we need to re-sponsor him when he returns back?
