Obviously i am running genuine business, thats why i m worried WHY there is a delay

I am getting different opinions

Few are saying delays are not good, and that is bad sign

And few are saying there must be other applications and load on home office this is why there are taking time,

I really dont know how long they gunna take more time to decide?

Please pray for me.

Don’t listen to others, Keep your trust in ALLAH

In average Ho decides between 2 to 6 months so I suggest you to be patient in this time

Also is your two jobs which you created are they still working for you ?

When you apply for it, obviously you need to show what your job role is to them, and if they conduct interview they will definitely ask you about your role and your day to day activities as well as they will ask you about your employees activities

They have asked me and i have given them brief answer about my role and my employees role

Have you found out how many interviews were conducted in tier 1 ilr stage and when have they had their decision outcome?

In my case what do u reckon and other senior advisors please how long i keep in my mind about the decision date? its 2 months passed since interview and 38 working days passed in total

Applied for ILR Route: SET(O) 5 years T1 Entrepreneur
Application Type: Standard
Application submitted online: 16/03/24
Biometrics appointment: 26/03/24 (free)
Additional Documents requested : 19/04/24
Additional Documents Submitted : 15/05/24

Approval Received: Pending
BRP Card Received: Pending

No idea, it seem a long delay. Wait is so frustrating. let me know if you hear anything from HO.

it does take about 2plus months for the decision after submitting additional docs

No one can tell you how long HO will take, we don't know the day-to-day inner workings of Home Office.

Please remember i was asked for additional docs at first place which i submitted then i had interview request, interview held for 1hour 30mints then after 2months of waiting home office requested Again additional docs which provided very recently so now how long the decision takes please? I really wonder why you took so many days to send the requested documents, sooner you send , time will be saved.

All i suggest you is to patiently wait and pray to almighty ALLAH to grant you ILR

If it has taken more than 6 months you can try to approach MP and ask them for help to contact HO
