Thank you for the quick response.Iclicked on the link and it take me to FormT.I thought that was for a child born in the UK who has lived continuously for 10 years
Please can the form T be used as MN1?

It takes you to form MN1. It reference form T as a hyper link only within the text.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
