ILR application travel outside by mistake

ILR application travel outside by mistake

Hi I had the ddvc brp valid till 15 march 2024 and spousal brp valid till november 2024.
I had made an Ilr domestic violence application inside UK before 15 march 2024 but travelled outside Uk in april 2024

Thinking I will receive the results of the application outside Uk
Can I travel back to UK with valid brp and the fact I travelled outside by mistake

Leaving the UK when you have a pending application means that the application will be considered automatically withdrawn as per paragraph 34K of the immigration rules. Refusals have been reported due to this: viewtopic.php?t=347791#p2166094
