Skilled worker visa -cancel due to breaches visa conditions

Hi there,

Subject : Tier-2 Skilled worker visa -cancel due to breaches visa conditions.

My skilled worker has been cancel due to breaches visa conditions, as misjudged by UK enforcement team that i am working in restaurant, they cancel my visa and released on bail , I applied the judicial review it was refused and again applied oral judicial review it was has been refused, I have place a voluntary request and get documents backs due medical emergency at home, i have returned back to home country.

Now my professional company want to recruit me and they are willing to provide sponsorship can i apply skilled worker visa, any impact on my new application please suggest inputs. or have to wait for some time.

I am uable to find proper suggestions, i request you please share inputs.

After my main job work i went to restaurant at 7:00 pm, and some times will help there.
That main job company director and restaurant director both are same.

I have return back to my home country, I have applied on my professional job one of company want to recruit me, can i apply skilled work new application.

please suggest.

It is all depends on the wording on the visa cancellation letter whether you are subject to ban on returning and for what period of time.
It would be reasonable, based on the circumstances described, that you would be banned for 1 year.
As to returning to the UK as a general point. It is not going to be straightforward due to breaching your visa requirements. I would suggest returning to your previous employer and the fact he allowed you to work in an associate business is not going to sit well with the Home Office.

Thanks for your suggestion.
No where mentioned ban in document. still my BRP shows live.
But my solicitor has prepared different grounds statement that i was not working there.
Judicial oral review has been refused.
I have place a voluntary request and get documents back due to medical emergency at home.

Can i apply new skilled worker application.
or have to wait for cooling period.
please suggest.
