I am submitting an application for ILR (Set M). However, when I come to the payment section, only super priority is available, and priority is not an option. Is this the case for everyone?

5 day priority service is not available for SET M. You only have standard service or super priority service options for this category.

ye I have got an email from Home office saying.
You have attempted to make an application for Settlement in the United
Kingdom, under the Appendix FM 5-year partner route.
Your application has been rejected as invalid and will not be considered.
The reasons for this decision are:
You currently have not accrued 5 years continuous leave under the Appendix FM
5-year route. You have extant leave until 21 February 2026.
My wife entered UK on 14 July 2019 and has only been put of the UK for three weeks. Why are they saying 5 years not completed ??? What are the implications of this ??
Should we have applied on different form? She spent 2 year s on Tier 2 visa and 3 year as a wife of British citizen.

What visa category does she hold?
Has she held a spouse settlement visa under Appendix FM for 5 years? ie 2 x 2.5 year visas.
Or does she hold a Skilled Worker or tier 1 or gtv dependent visa for 5 years?
What is your immigration status and route?

Should we have applied on different form? She spent 2 years as a wife of Tier 2 visa holder and 3 year as a wife of British citizen.
I am currently a british citizen.

She needs 5 years under the family route. Time spent as dependant cannot be included in the 5 years. However, they should have not rejected it as invalid. UKVI keeps doing this recently which is totally incorrect

One trick is for her to
switch back to the skilled worker dependant route (if you settled under the skilled worker route) and then she can apply for ILR using form SET(O)
I discussed this before:

So this means she needs to wait for 2 more years?Does the time start from when I got ILR or when I became british citizen.?
I filled the application under priority so will I get full refund? The email says :
Refund of Fees If you have paid an application fee you will receive a refund,
minus a £25 admin fee, for each person included in the application.

Direct SET(O) is now
possible?

The last message in that topic says she doesn't need to switch back. Please let me know if I am misunderstanding this.
Agree. SET(O) is now possible without switching back

Yes, I think new clarifications support that the switch is not even necessary

Which category should I chose in Set o form
Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain -
I have chosen this :
Skilled Worker, Tier 2 or International sportsperson dependent

The set O form doesn't ask for any Financial info.
It doesn't ask for Bank statements, payslips etc. Should I provide these documents anyway or only provide the ones they ask for

- Passport of the applicant(full)
- BRP and old passport of the applicant(full)
- Declaration by the husband What about YOUR declaration as the Applicant??
- British passport of husband
- latest payslip of both wife and husband - NOT REQUIRED. There is NO financial requirement for SET(O)!!
- latest bank statement of both - NOT REQUIRED. There is NO financial requirement for SET(O)!!
- marriage certificate
- letter of employment for both - NOT REQUIRED. There is NO financial or employment requirement for SET(O)!!
- mortgage statement
- life in uk email You do NOT need this if you have put the LIUK etc reference number in the application form.
- English test passing email You do NOT need this if you have put the SELT number in the application form.
You need 2 years evidence of cohabitation in BOTH your names, either addressed jointly or individually to each of you. You need evidence from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months.
You do NOT need to submit employer letters and payslips. Why are you thinking it is necessary??

The online checklist is generic and is not accurate.
