Which ILR Application should i use?

Hi Members,
i am on ILR (10 years route) since 2017. my wife was on dependent and completed 5 years.
i am bit confused which application should i use to apply ILR for her. Can some one share links to application or guide me where to start? Much appreciate if some one can help me.

yes, i am on ILR 10 years route granted in 2017.

If she is on a 5 year spouse settlement visa (ie FLR M) then it is form SET M for ilr.

Useful to state the exact visa she came to the uk on and has held for 5 years. Different "dependent" visa routes have different forms for ilr.

just found an email from UKVI when she got granted extension and says
"Your Application under the partner (FLR M ) route ....... "

As you mentioned i think form i should fill is SET M for ILR?

It is the ONLY form you can use for ILR.

Hi,

Does UKVI accept e-documents ( sources from Mobile Apps / online / email e.g. councel tax, water, seavage, mobile bills etc...).

i used mostly opt-in paperless statements. i haven't got hard copies to cover last 2.5 years period.

can any one advise, Please.

Download the PDF and upload as supporting documents for the application.
It is widely accepted as no hard copy documents are required to be submitted.
