I attended the 21st June 2024 citizenship ceremony in Dublin. I still haven't received the certificate yet.

I attended the 11 Jun ceremony. Most of my friends and neighbours who attended their ceremonies in June have already received their certs. While I'm still eagerly waiting for the postman everyday. My IRP is expiring in two weeks. Not sure how I can leave/enter the country if I have to...

If you have to (ie there's an important reason), you can come to Burgh Quay and ask for a re-entry visa.
Other than that, you just have to wait. Here's hope your cert comes soon.

I’m in Northern Ireland and my husband’s arrived yesterday. Attended the 10th June ceremony.

The certificate came in a flat (slightly crumpled!) envelope.

We fought like cats & dogs for a good hour this morning as I tried to get an acceptable photo of him for the online passport application. They kept getting rejected. In the end, he took a selfie and it went through. Is it just me or is modern life really hard?

Yep got mine last week, attended 11th June in Killarney. Passport applied for immediately lol.

Got my cert this morning, it was posted to me on 14th Aug while I was away, and luckily they didn't return it yet.

I joined Killarney ceremony on 10th June, live in Limerick.

Seems like it's just us in the 21st June cohort who are still yet to get our certificates. I applied in Nov 2023 using the online system, so pretty sure mine will be at the bottom of the post pile, which I really can't complain about given there are 2022 applicants here.

It's not only delayed for June 21st folks, I think. My ceremony was on June 20th and there is still no sign of my certificate. I really hope is not lost or misplaced who knows where. For reference, I applied on Apr 2023 (paper application, as non-EU/EEA person).

In my opinion, it really sucks to don't get the certificate on the ceremony day. I understand that maybe they can organise bigger ceremonies that way but as a new citizen, the experience really really sucks. On the last 2 months I could have applied for a passport already if this were not the case.

Received my certificate this morning.
Ceremony was Dublin ceremony June 21st 1pm.
Live in Dublin.
So mine has taken a day less than 9 weeks since the ceremony to come.
For info - I live in a large apartment complex and the post-man said if I had not been in he would not have been able to leave it at the site post-room and would have left a card.

Just received my cert (Co. Wexford) June 11th ceremony. Applied as a UK citizen. I reckon they are sending to those that attended any June ceremony that are on visas first? Just a guess on my part.

I got lucky I guess and finally received my certificate today in the post. Looks like a bunch of Dublin based folks should be receiving theirs in the next days.

I've just got my naturalisation certificate today. I attended the 21 June 11 AM ceremony. I am based in Dublin.

Finally! Received my cert today. I attended the June 11th ceremony in Killarney and I live in co. Wicklow.
And, the postman recorded my signature before handing over the cert and I, all the while, couldn't stop but grinning cheek to cheek!
