You can apply by yourself and ask any specific questions on this thread if you have more, no need for a solicitor.

Thanks a lot from bottom of my heart.

actually one of solicitor states as below
1. My wife ILR = aug 2024.
My marriage date= Dec 2004.
My British passport received = March 2022
at that time March 2022, my wife in = dependent visa on my ilr (appendix fm)
it means passport i received after marriage, therefore wife has to wait 1 year naturalization after ILR (after 1year from aug 2024)
solictor says she cannot apply AN in aug 2024 as she got ilr in aug 2024.
does she has to wait one year?
whats your view on this view please..any link to support your statements?

2. 3 years ago my child was in holiday from 27 aug 2019 to sep 26th 2019.
but i would like to make applicaiton along with mother on sep 5 2024, (as kids will be completing 10 years by then. i would like to make 3 applicaitons - mother and 2 children)
shall i wait until sep 27th 2024?
note : mother was in uk from aug to sep 2019, so issues for mother

my 2nd child travel history
13/06/2015 - 03/10/2015 - 112 days
28/07/2016 - 10/10/2016 - 74 days
05/07/2017 - 06/9/2017 - 63 days
13/07/2019 - 23/09/2019 - 72 days
27/08/2021 - 26/09/2021 - 29 days

Many thanks

1. Can you please share any template for consent form, because in the documents section at the end it says
A letter of consent from xxxx parents
the letter must give their full names and addresses
says that they agree to let y ou apply for a British citizenship

2. My wife got ILR in aug 2024.
Marriage 2005.
at that time i didnt have ILR nor passport.
I got British passport in march 2022.

on the basis that (currently husband is british passport ) iam applying for my wife AN

question 1 : child 1 and child 2 staying since 10 years and not ILR yet. their current visa dependent valid till 2026

child 1 and chld 2 in and out HISTORY fro/to UK is below
(Note : Kids not ilr, but completing 10 years by sep 3 2024).
Husband is British passport, mother is ILR , also applying AN

13/06/2015 03/10/2015
28/07/2016 10/10/2016
05/07/2017 06/9/2017
13/07/2019 23/09/2019
27/08/2021 26/09/2021
04/08/2022 12/09/2022
09/2/2024 =09/3/2024

Along with my wife An application,

question 2 : can i apply one child along with my wife(kids not ILR yet but completed 10 years) as per section 6.6?
another child(child 2) i can apply separately later after few months once the decision of mother and child1 arrives?
this plan helps not to lose money of child application as they are not ILR.

For the consent form copy the template you find here https://assets.publishing.service.gov.u ... e_2014.pdf in section 6.

You have been advised on some of your other queries (eg your children's absence history is not needed as there is no such requirement for children). It is difficult to me to read your posts and reply to your queries when you keep copy pasting items that have been answered already. Please make a bullet point of queries that haven't been answered yet keeping it as brief as possible.

Thankyou for providing the consent form

1. Child 1 dob may 2007, child2 march 2014
children not ilr but completed 10 years in uk and both education here..both children born in india
I want to appply my wife AN and add 2 children under 18 at the end of my wife AN application for children registration

But i have one idea

Rather 2 children at same time along with mother application, apply wife and child1 registeation now and based on successful result apply for xhild2

Because both child not ilr and this route is only in descretion section 6.6 (children 10 years completion)

this plan helps not to lose money of 2 childrenapplication fee of registration as they are not ILR and children born in india

So my question
can i apply one child along with my wife
another child(child 2) i can apply separately for child 2 later after few months once the decision of mother and child1 arrives? Does this option good (apply wife AN and child1 registration).to save money if they reject under descretion?

Yes you can apply for only one child and see what the outcome is then apply for the other child if this approach is successful.

Normally HO dont reject as this children application
also section 6.6 clearly states that children completed 10 years and mother, father are settled. here the case is younger son is also British citizen, mother Is ILR and on the path to citizenship(applying for AN). Father is already British citizen
child 2 has been studying here since birth (though she not born in UK)
younger child major education in UK (currently A levels - year 13 and next year univeristy)

question 1 . is my above understanding correct that don't reject most probably?.
question 2: is it 90/10 success ratio?

because if i apply 2 children along with my wife they may consider as mother is getting citizenship
.if mother approves i guess automatically children also they will approve as per 6.6?

Question 3 : what's your advice?
Question 4 : can i go ahead and apply 2 child along with mother AN as more chance will be there for success?

There wouldn't be more chance of success if two children apply with the mother and one applies later (and why would there be).
No one can comment on chances of success, as we are not caseworkers. The rate of acceptance for these applications is usually above 90% but some people do get rejected, it all depends if the applicant fulfills the statutory requirements. You have to make your own decision or seek professional help.

Gp said we dont provide.. but they said we provide gp letter stating that child in gp since 10 years refetal letter they r providing with cost of 25 pounds. Is it suffice but it doesnt have passport numbers, dob etc

I have it director who is british passpoet since 5 years and another friend who also in IT since 6 years british passport

2. As it descriton scenario, i spoke to solicitor regarding covering letter and application review
I told them i have already filled AN and added 2 child applications and complete documentation ready with filled application.. so just review and covering letter but they said 600

GPs are not accepted as referees. Use family friends. The ones you listed are OK provided the second is over 25 years old.

No need to pay a solicitor, you can write the cover letter yourself.

There is a sample template letter. We don't keep a database of things for every scenario.

You just write a letter based on your circumstances! Also UKVI know the rules, they wrote them, you don't have to point them out to them!!

2. for referre 2, i can take 1 or 2, it doesn't matter. am i correct Yes
3. for my wife any combination is fine 1,2 or 1,3 or 2,3 . am i correct Yes, even for your children

It doesn't matter who you choose for referee 1 or 2 as long as one is professionally qualified (in your case 2 or 3) and the other one is over 25 and a British citizen with a passport.

2. Referee 2 : IT employee in a software company - 46 yrs old - British citizen - staying for 6 years in same address

Referees for my wife :
1. Referee 1 : Clinical research assistant - known my children - 42 years old - British citizen - staying in same address for 5 years

That will be OK. You can also use the same referees for your wife and children if that makes it easier.

Many thanks,

In the Consent to the application, there are 3 sections

Father consent
Mothers consent
Child consent where they are making an application on their own behalf

in the last section, do i need to get my children(one is 10 and another 17) signature?

My wife is making application for AN and adding 2 children to its application.
she is filling the application. so last section, i just leave it blank, am i correct?? or do i need to get my kids signature?
