Good day,

I have submitted my Skilled Worker Visa (Inside UK) on 25 February 2024. Biometrics submitted on the same day through 'ID Check' app. Received Email from Home Office on April 17 2024 saying that they need additional Information from Sponsor. when I emailed to Complaints teams they stated that it is an automatic email from them when a particular application is removed from standard processing time.

They also mentioned that they can't tell me about the timescale when they will decide upon my application . It's really a long waiting time of nearly 21 weeks now. Forgot to mention, there is no email from HO requesting additional documents yet.

Any advice could be really helpful.

Regards,
Chandana.

Are you referring to your employer or you? (not receiving any request from UKVI)

Check with the local MP to help you in this matter, it worked out well in our case.

In my case, MP submitted a request to immigration for a case update after I provided (18/03/2024 - 22/03/2024 several email conversations) my details NI number, and all information and urgency;

Have you checked whether your sponsor sent the information requested back in April? You also can try contacting the local MP as advised above.

The exceptionally complex issues can be anything, UKVI don't specify what the issue is in their communications.

Also important to keep permanent communication with your sponsor about the current status of your application.

I am checking with them all the time but the HO didn't requested anything from me and my sponsor so far. Also, my sponsor recently contacted them and they said to them the same.

In that case the only thing you can do is keep waiting for a response.

I understand it is very frustrating but nobody knows how UKVI manage these cases.

Does anyone advise about this.
I applied for skill worler visa by self sponsorship after the refusal of Sole reprensetative extension within uk. company 30% own by me and i got cos as a "Sale devlopment manager with salary of 52500 as code."
Is the last refusal impact on skill worker application.
The company accounts and business is good and A rating licence . I applied super perrority service but 3 weeks passed they said it " Our record showed your applicaion is still under process and your application raised some complex issues... " when authorizing person emailed them .
They did't required any details from sponsor .
Please your advice.
