UKVI may or may not acknowledge your email.
The issue you highlighted is not something that would jeopardise approval.

Ideally you must complete everything correctly.
Some mistakes could be serious, i.e. using a wrong year which in turn could misstate your absences.
Applications aren't rejected for minor mistakes. But best to let them know, for peace of mind at least.
