ILR left life in UK test too late

Hi as the title. My spouse left her life in uk test too late and her visa expires next week. We managed to book a test for today however she wasn't successful in passing.

My question is how do we proceed? What specific further leave to remain application do we need to fill out and complete?

We were going to submit the ILR and were just waiting for this test however realise this is no longer an option as further studying is required.

What visa category does she hold exactly? This determines the form she has to use for an extension. It is not a one size fits all form.

Spouse visa. Arrived UK May 2019. Then applied within the after 2.5 years. So she is on the 5 year route.

Then an extension on form FLR M is what she needs to do.
