I applied on 23 Oct 2008 from Delhi VFS...

Mine status is also not updated....

It is same as on very first day..

Application is forwared to BHC in 23 oct 2008...

Lets see what happened....

I applied for HSMP through earlier system in March 2008 and received initial approval in August 2008.

I have applied for EC under tier 1 at VFS Pune on 21st of November 2008. I also received a call from Integra on 28th November 2008. After this, there is no status update on visa. I called VFS helpline number 080-40084008 several times but received the same answer everytime that 'your application is still in process'.

Shall I call BHC directly now? Has anybody tried that and got updates from BHC itself?

Mumbai BDHC is not entertaining any enquiries on phone. They ofcourse have a helpline number but you will not get through with that ever.

You can call to BDHC, Mumbai directly but automated reply will tell you clearly that we don' entertain Visa enquiries in this number please dial Helpdesk number which you will not be able to get through.

Yesssssssss.... I got my Tier1 visa today. It was dispatched yesterday.

The timelines for me were something like this:

1. Applied for EC: 21st Nov, 2008
2. Received a verification call: 28th Nov, 2008
3. Received EC: 13th January, 2009

Status : still waiting

i have also applied for a visa for settlement in the uk, which i had applied on 2 september 2008, it has no been 22 weeks and i have stil not had any reply, same status online everytime i check , ur application has been handed to british high commission, i have even tried contacting vfs several times and emailing bhc but no luck, has anyone els been waitin so long for a reply and if you hav any other email address for bhc can u plz let me know
