Could you please help me out with the following questions.
I am uploading documents for my wife & 6 years old daughter.
Evidence to support my claim it would be difficult for me to establish a
private life outside the UK

Good Evening Respected Members,
Hope you are well. I have submitted my wife & daughter FLRM application on 11 Oct 2024. I received the Biometric application on 8 Nov 2024.
The date on my employment letter is 17 Oct 2024.
Do I request my manager to change the date before application submission date or should I keep the same date on the employment letter of 17 Oct 2024.

You need to change the date to on or before the online submission date.
