Spouse Settlement Visa

Hi,

My husband submitted his settlememt visa application over 3 weeks ago in Nairobi - has anyone else applied from Nairobi? (from reading other posts about people who have applied from kenya - it seems to be relatively quick - around 1 week). I could be worrying too much, especially because of xmas hols!

settlement visas can take up to 12 weeks to process. Yes you are right some places are quickler to do this than others and yes the Christmas and New Year holiday period will have had an impact on the timing.
