Maintenance funds, information plz

Post by mortuzahasan » Fri Jan 02, 2009 6:30 pm

hi all,
the available maintenance fund to show for Tier1 application from UK, does it require to show 800 pounds at the time of application or have to keep 800 pounds continuously for last three months i.e 800+800+800 = 2400 pounds. i am confused about that.
can someone provide me the correct information plz.
thanks in advance.

It means you should have a minimum of £800 in your account in the 3 months preceding your application.

For example, if you submit your application on 31/01/2009.
you will have had to have had £800 in your account since 01/11/2008. That means that you cannot allow the balance in your account to dip below £800 at any time during that period.

What if I got 4 days less than £800, even though the closing balance for all 3-months balance is way more than 800

I've submitted my application, just realised I have to maintain 800 pounds for EVERYDAY in the last 3 months.

please advice
