Hi Baskaran

Since you have claimed 50 points for work experience, you must have proved 10 yrs graduate level job with 5 years senior or specialist level. Could you confirm by which document did you prove your senior level job, and what exactly did the documents show/included to establish your seniority? Secondly did you provide any evidence of your earnings / salary, in addition?

Thanks

I have just mentioned in my covering letter that as " I use English for my day-to-day work and life, also language of instruction of my Bachelor degree was in English."

I have not attached any evidence for that.8)

Hope this helps you

Hi Sand,

I have just provided them reference letter from my employers brifing my job responsibilities. Additionally provided Appointment letters, Promotion letters as evidence.

Also my first company was taken over by another company, i am unable to get the reference letter from that company and hence i got a reference letter from my Ex. manager in a plain paper.

Out of my 11 yrs of experience, i have worked as Assistant manager ( production) in a chemical company for 6 yrs. It is to manage and coordinate all the shift activities and to report/ help Manager ( production)

I have not provided any earning's evidence.

Hope this helps you.

feel free to further questions if any.

How did you issued the checque. Did you specify the sort code and the account number?
did you ask your bank in Germany to give the sort code of the bank in the UK to which the money was drawn??

Job Positions and Titles

Post by Asterix » Wed Apr 28, 2004 1:27 pm

Hi Friends,

I am currently a Product Manager. Does senior level essentially mean that you need to have a Manager/Director on your Job Title?

Also I have Income proof (From India) of 8 lacs p.a. since June 2003 The earnings previous to this were not accounted for.

Are past 1 years earnings sufficient? Do you have to submit proof of earnings (salary statements/bank entries)? I can get Letters from my previous employers stating my past salary. Is that sufficient?

My other details are: Education: MBA; Experience: 7.5 years (3.5 yrs pre MBA, 4 years post MBA - Managerial Unit/section head position)

Can you also advise me who is a good attorney to represent advise me on this case? I will be applying from India.

Regards,

LA_Mike,
Thanks for sharing your covering letter. I posted my application recently and seem to have missed the point on details of expected expenditure in UK. :(

Wonder if its important enuf to send it as additional information.

Comments welcome !
