I had applied in october. whneva i rang them, they said, its waiting for further consideration. I ask them, how long it will take, they cannt give maximum time.
if u don't want to wait then withdraw.......urana wrote:Dear All,

Me and my husband also waiting from more then 14weeks, we have applied our PSW on 1st week in Octomber’08 (My husband has completed his Msc in Science genuinely from top 10 University, fess paid £12,000) still we are waiting from so long, and getting same answer i.e. waiting for further consideration. It’s so unfair.
We didn’t know about this delay and we have booked our holidays & Air tickets in X’mas, but apparently we had to cancel everything, already lost £350 & holidays as well!!!!
Its very easy to say other people to withdraw application but will you give back the £400 and the time that was wasted? it says on the UKBA website that point based applications will take only 6 weeks. people applied keeping that in mind. R u just copying what HO says to everyone? then we don't need you here, we got that answer from HO a long time ago.salam123 wrote:if u don't want to wait then withdraw.......urana wrote:Dear All,
