degree awarded,FLR(S) in process,can i apply for PSW?

i applied for student extension on 24tth of november,2008 while my viva was yet to take place.I passed and got my masters degree last week while my FLR(S) is still in process. i want to apply for PSW can i do that by using the premium service and asking the home office to pick my passport from my caseworker? please advise how can i apply for a PSW in country application now.

I think it is very much possible. However not sure if it can be done on the same day by premium service.

Please call 0870 606 7766 to confirm both points.
