Accomodation proof is not required effective 1-Dec-2008 as per one of the VFS executives.

You didn't find anything in Tier One guidelines becuase its not required. I had the sam econfusion and verified with the VSF call center and they confirmed the same. You may also call them and check if required.

I don't believe a CV or Resume is needed. I would stick to the information requested on the form. What information would a resume give them that they would need to make a decision on your application? Also, it isn't a piece of independent evidence, so it would count for little (as far as the caseworker is concerned).

Good Luck!

No proof of accomodation or resume is required. Please go by the policy guidelines. Whatever is not mentioned is not required. Please concentrate on providing your main documents correctly and not on unnecessary things. I have got my visa without submitting any of these.
