How do I apply for the Green Card?

Hi all,I was wondering if you could help me.I would like to take part in this green card loterry,but I dont know what to do first.I tried my luck 2 years ago,I paid 80 dollars to some oline greencard organisation,not knowing who they were.Somehow I thought they were working for American government,so I applied.Two years passed by,nothing happened,I did not win.Now I would like to try again.How do I apply?Thank you.

You've got to wait for another 10 month to aply though (if you are qualified)

You do not have to pay anyone: it is free. Also, remember, it is lottery: even if you pay someone to file for you it doesn't increase your chances of winning.
