Exchange rate to be used for Maintenance funds?

Exchange rate to be used for Maintenance funds?

Can someone tell me what exchange rate would be used for maintenance funds assessment? For example, I'm submitting statements from October '08 till current date (01/22/09) for my Bank of America account showing balances in USD. Which GBP-USD rate would be used?

You should use the closing spot exchange rate on the OANDA website on the last day of the period for which you have claimed earnings in that currency.
