Need Analytical View of Moderators

Dear Moderators,

I have come to UK on HSMP basis with my spouse as dependent. Can my spouse go for higher studies. Kindly reply at the earliest.

Your spouse will be allowed to study, work full time or stay at home watching the telly....
If you are not a EU or if not part of the commonwealth (not sure the last one) you will pay higher fees (foreigners).
