appeal determination cancelled

I applied for PSW transitional VISA in oct'08 when the maintenance rule was - £800 as the closing balance.
As I got a online bank account, i produced online statement based on which my visa was refused. i appealed against this decision and the appeal was dismissed.I am about to appeal in high court as the determination contains material errors of law (my solicitor said).
The next day, my solicitor recieved a fax from tribunal which reads

Dear Sirs,
The immigration judge has asked me to advise you as follows.
Please note that the determination has been issued following a slip or omission. A fresh, amended determination will be issued in terms of Procedure Rule 50(2). No action should be taken meantime on the determination already issued.

Anyone / know someone faced this kind of situation?
what will happen next?
is there any possibility - the judge reconsidering the decision?
my job / future depends on this decision now.

I haven't faced this situation but then since they took the time to fax your solicitor the next day, it means they have seen that an error has been made and they are allowing your appeal. Congrats.

Hello Megastar,
I am almost in same situation as urs. I was refused due to not producing covering letter with online statement.
I appealed and it was dismissed couple of days ago. Plz see below

Judge says
"The Appellant produced a copy document intead of the origional". Had he produced the origional, that would have been sufficed. He produced the origional to me. Thats is enough to succeed."

Decision:
"The appeal is dismissed under the immigration rules"

My solicitor says, that this is typo error and sent fax to AIT and waiting for resposne. I dont know what is going on. I am also sick of my new employer asking for visa over and over.

I haven't faced this situation but then since they took the time to fax your solicitor the next day, it means they have seen that an error has been made and they are allowing your appeal. Congrats.

still waiting for the fresh determination.. it is now 3rd week

i got the determination today. APPEAL HAS BEEN ACCEPTED.
